Scospus and Ei Compendex (CPX), Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (CSA), Chemical Abstracts (CA), Google and Google Scholar, ISI (ISTP), Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE), etc.. The full text is online available via IEEE platform. IEEE will provide online camera-ready paper submission system.
